At Anubhi, we do not accept returns unless the product is received in a damaged condition.
Order Cannot be cancelled returned or exchanged once they have been placed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. To process your claim, please provide:
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damage
- Your order number
